Early arrival and/or late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability.

 

Guests are requested to text their estimated time of arrival to the management (+61427 747 237) to ensure there is someone available to welcome them to the property and assist with settling in.

Parking is in the designated area adjacent to the tents.  

​

Strictly no pets or smoking allow on site. 

​

Infants (under 2 years) no charge. Children (2-12 years) incur a $50 fee per night. Anyone guest over 12 years is charged at the regular rate. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Amendments to these times will be accommodated if possible by prior arrangement

 

• Cancellations with 14 days or more notice; the full amount paid will be refunded  

• Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival all monies will be forfeited unless we can arrange another booking for the period.  

• Bookings for the Christmas, New Year and Easter holiday period require 30 days’ notice of cancellation or all monies will be forfeited, unless we can arrange another booking for the period.

All cancellations must be received via email from the email address linked to the reservation.
